By booking any activity with Sun Turtle SUP you are confirming you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum age 18 (for under-18 groups or instruction please contact Liverpool Watersports Centre as they hold the necessary licenses).
- Participants must be able to swim 50m in open water conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation for anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may adversely their safety on the water.
- Any medical conditions must be declared to the instructor before the session.
Insurance and Certification
- Instructors are ASI (Academy of Surfing Instructors) qualified, which also means they hold valid first aid and rescue certificates.
- Public liability insurance is held (up to £1,000,000) – documentation available upon request.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds:
- Cancellations (refunds) and amendments can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours and ‘no shows’ will be charged at the full booking cost.
- We reserve the cancel – sometimes with little or no notice – due to conditions beyond our control (such as the weather). A refund or rebooking will be offered, but we regret that we cannot reimburse any costs incurred.

- While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website – including prices – it is offered as a guide only and we reserve the right to make changes as required.
- Photos or videos of our sessions may be used for advertising, promotional or social media purposes – please let us know beforehand if you do not consent for this.

Activity Waiver, Liability and Assumption of Risk:
- All participants must read, understand, accept and sign our Activity Waiver.
- By signing this Waiver, participants accept all responsibility for any loss or damage to equipment or property (including SUP equipment) and any injury (including death) caused or incurred during the activity.
